The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and North London Local Cars. By booking a taxi and using our services, you are acknowledging your unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions as outlined in this agreement.

• 1. Definitions

• "North London Local Cars," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" may refer to any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

• 2. Booking

• 2.1 You are responsible for allowing ample time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, including all airport transfers that require you to check in at a specific time for your flight. North London Local Cars cannot be held accountable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or your unavailability at the scheduled collection time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle of appropriate size for all passengers and luggage. North London Local Cars does not guarantee the transportation of an excessive amount of luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, counts as a single passenger.

2.3 If wheelchair access is required, kindly specify this when making your booking.

• 3. Prices & Payment

• 3.1 North London Local Cars provides quotes based on the information you provide. All prices, unless explicitly stated, do not include VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be added. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and airport parking charges. Any waiting time exceeding this period will be billed at the standard North London Local Cars waiting rate. We will make every effort to review flight details and adjust our service for delays, but this is not an obligation on our part.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation to ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify North London Local Cars of any inaccuracies will absolve us of any responsibility for resultant delays or costs.

3.4 Payments for our services can be made by cash, credit card, or debit card.

• 4. The Service

• 4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or contamination of the vehicle caused by a passenger may result in a cleaning charge.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.

4.3 All children in the vehicle must be appropriately restrained according to their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are not authorized to transport more passengers than allowed by licensing or insurance regulations.

• 5. Cancellations

• 5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with North London Local Cars, please do so at your earliest convenience. Failure to cancel a vehicle after it has been dispatched will result in a charge, which will be based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 If you have made a booking through our online system and cancel it before dispatch, a charge may apply to the original payment.

• 6. Liability

• 6.1 While North London Local Cars strives to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses resulting from uncontrollable delays. Under no circumstances will North London Local Cars be held responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey with North London Local Cars, we will make every effort to provide an alternative vehicle to ensure your prompt arrival.

6.4 You will not hold North London Local Cars liable for any expenses, damages, costs, or losses arising from the actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury or death resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable under applicable laws.

• 7. Termination

• 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is put at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be provided for journeys terminated during the hire.

• 8. Miscellaneous

• 8.1 North London Local Cars may delegate its obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 North London Local Cars reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes reflected on this page. Please regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates. Existing bookings will be subject to the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between North London Local Cars and yourself.

8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit on a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless a written agreement is in place.

• 9. Disputes

• Any disputes or claims must be submitted within 30 days of the booking pickup date. North London Local Cars is not obliged to address claims or disputes made after this time frame.
